A piece I did for Research World Magazine about price anchoring, it was a real blast from start to finish, I was so pleased with the end results I rented a car and drove to Alton Towers, it was shut but the drive was lovely all the same!

Guten Abend! Here is a piece of work I did for the Canadian Business Magazine, Profit. It is a business model machine, that shows you just how tricky it is to start up a new business. I took influence from bits of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, smidgens of Willy Wonka and a couple of handfuls of the board game Mousetrap!

It was a real joy to work on such an open and interesting idea, with the marvellous Marc Sullivan directing the whole ship!

There's a little case study on it over at YCN, here!

I was asked by the bloody wonderful i-D Magazine to create an illustration to go with their 'Top Tracks of 2011' article. I naturally came up with this, its the record cover I would like to see them use if they released it! It was featured on the front page of their website and when I saw it sitting there I was so ecstatic I bought a swan on the internet! To see the full article go to the i-D website!

&#60;img src="http://payload7.cargocollective.com/1/3/115841/2444227/top tracks_2000.jpg" width="750" height="750" width_o="750" height_o="750" src_o="http://payload7.cargocollective.com/1/3/115841/2444227/top tracks_o.jpg" data-mid="12361362"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

Here it is on their website (pre swan purchase)

I was commissioned by The Church of London and YCN to produce an action style film poster for the new Playstation magazine, Access. The article was all about more female's playing video games than ever before. I was asked to incorporate loads of different female characters kicking ass! Interestingly to prepare for the illustration I lived undercover as a female for six months, it was a big deal at the time but think it paid off in the end!

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/3/115841/2046066/alpha female web_2000.jpg" width="800" height="1126" width_o="800" height_o="1126" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/3/115841/2046066/alpha female web_o.jpg" data-mid="11184964"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

A screenshot of the poster in the digital issue of Access magazine. Have a look at the digital issue of the magazine here

I was asked to produce some illustrations for a pitch for a large British drinks company. Now im not the kind of guy who you'll find drunk, propping up a bar moaning about everything that didn't happen to him in his life... but the work was never used as the project was shelved. Don't worry im not bitter, but I am super chuffed with the work so have put it up so you can have a gander. If I were to tell you the company name I would have to kill you, slowly, with fruit based weapons!

		<description>
I was asked by YCN and The Church of London to collaborate with 12 other illustrators on a huge illustration for Google Think Quarterly Book.

We were holed up in a studio in Haggerston for three days with all of the pizza and beer a boy like me can dream of!

Once finished the canvas was photographed and digitally separated into 2500 different rectangles, each of which would become a one off cover for the book. The book was printed 2500 times with a different special edition cover each time. It was a mammoth project. Inside the book was a huge poster of the illustration with grid references so you can find where your front cover lies on the overall illustration. ACE!!!

Below is a super slick video made by Google showing how the whole project happened.

The finished book and poster

I was commissioned by Research World Magazine to illustrate an article about not being able to understand and breakdown huge amounts of data. Due to other deadlines I had one day to start and finish the illustration, so I drew from the heart, basing the work on E.T and Indiana Jones style adventures.
